In our box today we had, among other things, kale, purple sprouting broccoli and a huge lettuce……we’ll definitely be eating our greens next week!
I’m skipping the delivery next Friday as I’m away for the weekend, this will then give me a chance to use up the vegetables in my freezer.
Thank you for all your help last week with the beetroot. I ended up boiling it and it was so much nicer than any beetroot I’ve eaten before!
Now to plan my menu

That looks so delicious! I can happily admit I love my veggies. However, I also love icecream. Seems to me there’s a market for some entrepeneur to some delicious carrot icecream:)
