I’m beginning to think I should have a category on my blog called ‘I’ve been a bad blogger’. The weeks seem to be flying past at the moment and as much I want to post daily, it just isn’t happening. There is one good thing, the frugal living is on autopilot to a certain extent and we are not spending much (joint) money at the moment, although my personal account seems to have sprung a leak!
The mortgage:
The bank seem to be taking their time passing on the decrease in base rate to our tracker mortgage, but I’m hopeful it will be sorted out for the next payment in December. We will then be able to at least make a small overpayment.
I’m currently building a realistic budget for 2009, which I will post here shortly.

The end of the year always flies by for me too. Only 2 weeks left of November? Where did October go?
Good luck with the budget, it will be interesting to see and I hope you will be able to make you overpayment next month. My November overpayment didn’t work out yet, although I still have a little bit of hope.
