thinking of goals for 2013

Lisboa(I need the colour of this sky in my life!)

I’m taking a little time out this weekend to think about my personal goals for 2013. We pretty much have our financial ones sorted (for the next four years), but I still need to do some thinking on what I’d like to achieve personally.

The first goal that always comes to mind is weight loss – wouldn’t it be great if this was the last year I had to do this?

Anyway my theme for 2013 is going to be ‘frugally fabulous’ as I’m determined to attack the mortgage and move us nearer to living in Portugal,  but still live along the way.

Are you already planning your goals for 2013? Are you excited about the approaching New Year?

I think that weight loss must be universal! I am going overseas with my daughter in September (originally April but deferred to September, to Paris/London and wherever else she decides we might stop on the way – she’s a travel agent and always has ideas of where she would like to visit!) so I figured, not including December, I have 8 months January to August to lose around 15 kilos. I think that’s doable but firstly I just need to start exercising, that is the killer for me! Good luck with your goals whatever you decide, will look forward to reading about them. Cheers Judy xx

I’ve got lots of personal goals:
-Take pilates/yoga/barre (or do it at home) regularly
-Complete 13,000 minutes of cardio exercise
    -Complete 100 strength workouts
    -Run 10 races
-Use My Fitness Pal ever day
    -Lose 10-15 pounds

I’ve obviously given it some thought. ;-)

Gah! I haven’t even thought about 2013… I still have final exams to get through…. my goals will have to wait till December 20th!

In order to figure out my goals for the year, I need to think about what is important to me right now. For me that means focusing on my painting in the upcoming year, expanding the product line for my brand, taking additional yoga training and teaching more yoga, finishing writing my book, not buying anything unnecessary, paying off debt, and reading a new book at least once a month. :)

things are up in the air here as dh’s job will change up a bit by March 1st, so other than pay off our mortgage I have no plans for next year. We are down to 39 weeks now!!!
