Hello and happy Sunday!
I took a quick trip to [a wet] London yesterday, first meeting up with my eldest daughter, who is on the home stretch of her University course there, and then a coffee and a wander around the National Portrait Gallery with Donna Freedman who is visiting from the US; Donna writes, among other places, here, and here and is one of the first writers I came across when I became interest in personal finance; it was great to meet her and I wish we’d had more time to chat.
Onto a few of my favourite reads from this week;
- Switching Over at And then she saved
- Calling The Shots: How To Be The CEO of Your Own Life at Get Rich Slowly
- 10 steps to continue learning throughout life at Living The Balanced Life
- The rule of second cheapest at Lets Be Self-Sufficient
- Our Biggest Haul Ever at Minting Nickels
Enjoy the rest of the weekend
