Steps 7-9 take place outside of the wardrobe as it’s important to deal with the items left over straight away. The satisfaction from having a newly organised wardrobe will be short lived if you are faced with piles of discarded clothes on your bedroom floor for a week.
Step 7: Do the mending
-Sew all those buttons on and fix all those hems.
Step 8: Go to the charity shop/recycling bin
-Sort all your unwanted clothes into bags and take them straight away
Step 9: Put your clothes away daily {This is more an ongoing step}
-Create the habit of always putting away your clothes. Just two minutes every night will keep your wardrobe, and bedroom, tidy and organised.

I had every good intention when I woke up this morning to tackle the wardrobes…..but I haven’t, and now I’m feeling guilty!
Aaargh!
Thanks for posting the tips though, no. 9 is especially important. I can never seem to get it into my little head though

Hi.
It´s been a while since my last comment but I read this organising posts trough mail.
I really need to do a big cleaning like you described, but first I have to find a way to get more space inside the closet.
I guess I will follow your scheme. Cheers.
