This weekend I’m taking care of some important financial things.
Overview Spreadsheet
A financial dashboard spreadsheet. It’s a great idea and something we should have as a family. My husband and I do our finances together, on paper, but I do all the online accounting and he doesn’t know all the passwords etc. If anything should happen to me, then I want to make it easier for him.
Fire Proof Box
I’m going to buy a fire proof box for all our important documents and passports etc.
Make a Will
I’ve been putting this off for as long as I can remember, however it needs to get done. I’m looking in to the easiest way to do this.
Expression of Wish
My husband and I both have work pensions with life insurance attached, and I’m not sure if we updated our expression of wish forms when we got married. I seem to have been changing my name on countless forms all year, and I’ve lost track of what’s been done and what hasn’t.

Wow, I hadn’t even thought about getting a fireproof box. Makes lots of sense though. Will you update and let us know which box you go for? Think I need to get one too!
