Not all items are in the picture due to my really terrible digital camera. I’m in the process of working out the cost of each meal that we eat, however it’s taking some time. Any items that are a good price, like the Bran Flakes I will buy in bulk.
I would love to see other family’s meal plans or to hear about your grocery shopping habits.

I do not cut down too much on food as it is reallyour only luxury and as my local shop is a Waitrose it can be expensive. I make sure that we have plenty of fruit and veg but do try to take dvantage of BOGOFF and similar offers. I am careful though not to buy things I woudln’t nornally have because they are cheap and also to buy items in too much bulk as sometimes it is better to have the money in the bank earning interest than invested in food/household goods just sitting on the shelf.
