Normally I would let you know how last month went before even starting on this month but….April’s mini goals were practically a wash.
I achieved one mini goal, my main one, which was to make more than £250 in extra income, apart from that, nothing; I half painted the bathroom, lost 3lbs not 6 and walked twice, not the planned four times. It seems that all my goals were half completed, but I’m still very happy; 50% is better than 0% and the goalwhich had nearly all my focus was achieved….yay!
So onto May’s mini goals which I’m deliberately keeping to a minimum as we have a lot going on this month…birthdays galore….so just two simple goals..
- Make more than £250 in extra income
- Lose 5lbs

Thats not bad at all! Some months are just like that… I did set goals for April & hit them! Surprisingly cause April was nuts….

Meh, so so with the April goals. Had to revise my budget due to overspending and over-estimating my tax refund. Oh well, I DID reduce debt and I DID increase savings and NO more debt incurred so shouldn’t complain.

nice and simple. maybe you could double your expected goals and then 50% would be even better. its the kind of trick I would play on myself!!
