I created a spreadsheet and my daughter entered prices I was paying from a Tescos receipt. I think I managed to reduce my grocery spend by £200 per month. I also managed to save quite a lot on my gas and electric bills - put an extra jumper on and reprogram the water heater to be more sparing.</description>
