Hi! I love your blog!!! I found it through Married With Luggage.
And I, too, looooove breakfast. I agree with "Red" (and being from Texas) that breakfast is all about the biscuits and gravy! I learned to make really awesome baking powder biscuits from my Aunt June, sausage cream gravy from my Mom and my own jams/jellies from my late mother-in-law. Thank you for the link to Simply Breakfast - loved it, booked it, can't wait to photograph my own breakfast in the morning!
I am enjoying catching up with your posts - I soooo want to move to Europe (I lived in several there countries growing up - my dad was in the US Air Force - we vacationed in Portugal!) I would so love to return as an adult (I"m now in my 50's - not sure how that happened....LOL!) so until I can figure out how to make my own "escape" I will just have to tag along with you and enjoy your adventure...thank you for the opportunity!

I am right there with ya, girl! Some of my favorite dinners growing up were all about breakfast. I wish my mom did breakfast more on the weekends. I'd be driving home for it all the time!

My favs are gravy and biscuits (Yummm. If you're Southern and don't like this... Well then, you're not really Southern.), french toast, pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, apple butter... I could go on all day, but this is making me quite hungry! My poor apple cannot measure up to momma's gravy and biscuits. :-p I think I'll be picking up more breakfast foods during my grocery trip next week thanks to this post! :)

I love that breakfast blog! Such a simple (yet awesome) idea!
I struggle with breakfast, I like it, I find I have to eat *something* otherwise I crash horribly late-morning...but I never know what I want when I first wake up ;) Green smoothies are my current go-to, and/or wholemeal toast. I am dull. Maybe this will serve as further inspiration though ;) xxx

There was a time when I didn't eat breakfast. Not sure why - didn't make time I suppose. Now I always do and love it! I usually have wholegrain cereal in skimmed milk topped with fruit and occasionally scrambled eggs with tomato. If I ever have porridge I find I'm hungrier sooner than any other breakfast which is strange when 'experts' say it's supposed to release energy slowly and keep you feeling full for longer.
