Today I got up early with my youngest daughter to sell the last of my clutter at the local car boot sale.
>This is the view from the car queuing to get in at 6.30am!
We managed to make £53.69 profit, so it was worth the early start, although Katie probably wouldn’t agree
Everything that’s left is either going to charity or going into the recycling bins.

Great! I’m moving towards the yard sale option. Having some trouble selling things online.

it can take up time to sell things online jack, and it’s not always the easiest option

It’s years since I last did a car boot but I did enjoy it. You get to chat to so many people
Won’t be doing another one because of my health situation but I have been trying to convince LM to have a go. To no avail, though.
53 quid’s a tidy profit for a morning’s work. Not to mention the decluttering it helped with

well done! clearing the clutter and making some money, hmmmm! think I should be doing the same instead of just buying at the car boots.

hi sharon, you also get to argue with people over 10p, quite amusing really..lol
thanks catz and thanks for visiting

the LAST of your clutter? that’s even better than the £53.69.

you’re right Rachel, that is even better. I just need to drop some things off at the charity shop and I’m clear.
-I should mention that the childrens bedrooms are not quite clutter free, however that’s their stuff and not mine so I’ll leave it for now.;)

The picture accompanying this post took me back to the times when I used to live in England. I’ve been here in the US for over 20 years now but every now and again I think about England and the good times I used to have with friends there. Good luck on your mission to pay off your mortgage and move to Portugal. I’ve added you to my blogroll so that I can check in and see how you’re progressing
My partner and I have the same dreams for early retirement – travel, travel and travel! Frugally of course.
