We’ve started to think about what we want to achieve in 2010 and most of it revolves around getting the house ready to rent out – I also want to do all these things and get fit, but on a practical, get ready to move abroad front, sorting out the house is our main priority. We’re thinking that there will be enough to do in 2011 with hubbie looking for work in Portugal and actually planning our move that it makes sense to have the house good and ready before hand.
I posted a ‘master house to do list‘ in August and all of the items are still to do; in 2010 there will be no excuses. I want to do most things myself (apart from replacing windows!) and everthing will be done as frugally as possible. I may even take pictures.
