Most of the time not spending any money and living frugally is fun. You have to make it fun. In general both me and my husband think it’s funny that we’ve gone all week and not spent any un budgeted money. I’m sure that moths will come out of his wallet one week:)
This week however I’ve been going a bit stir crazy staying in every evening, so we went out last night. Total cost of the evening £6.25. Three of us went to an Italian restaurant, used Tesco Deals vouchers for the food(£30) and spent the money on three drinks. I know I’m obsessed with these vouchers but they are a great for providing treats. We could of asked for tap water I suppose and saved a few pounds but sometimes you’ve got to live a little!
