The first scheduled direct debit payment since our remortgage has gone through today and I’m pleased that normal service is resumed. I thought we would be left with a balance of approximately £127k, however I’ve checked the balance and it’s now £128,078. The percentage figures now stand at: Mortgage Company own 69.3% of the house.
