As you know I’ve been doing a lot of walking; me and my little pedometer trawling around the local area trying to get fitter; it quite happy because it gets carried, me not so!
Anyway last week while out and about I got to talking to somebody and he mentioned a part time job that was available in one of the local shops – how we got onto the subject of jobs I’ll never know, but before I knew it, I’d gone into said shop, filled in a form, had an interview and started working; yesterday I did my first shift.

Quick update on my progress: Made a small £10.23;£8.88 from book sales and £1.35 from cashback credit. I was able to list a few items on eBay after my wardrobe clear out, and currently have 7 items with bids. This should bring in more money towards my target of £100. I’m planning on another round [...]
