Selling some stuff

Emptying a room out for painting gives you great reason to reassess what goes back in when you’ve finished, so I’m using our current round of decorating as an opportunity to have another small clear out. Because I respond better when I have a specific target, I’m going to aim to sell 5 items a week, over the next 5 weeks. Not too difficult, but enough to purge a few more things.

Five Year To-Do and Earning Extra Income

I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned this, but 2011 is my ‘make it happen, or get out’ year for working for myself; I’m never, fingers crossed, knock on wood and all that, going to return to the full time corporate world, but I do want to earn an income.

My problem, and this is perhaps true for a lot of people, I’ve spent far too long trying to come up with some big business idea instead of just picking something and actually doing it.
