I'm going to join in on a summer reading list organized by My Pretty Pennies. Everyone should join in that's interested. The first book is "Eat, Pray, Love". My husband read the Twilight series and enjoyed it as well. We've seen the first two movies together and will finish the movie series too. Not many I know but pretty good for me actually! It was The Kite Runner (lent to me by my mother) by the same author as A Thousand Splendid Sons which I haven't read but a lot of people rate it quite highly. It was a good read if a bit predictable in places but a eye-opening look at life in Afghanistan. I’ve been trying to find more reading time this year and have just finished my 6th book.
