Hey Kristina,
I know I'm w-a-a-a-a-y late to this party, but I just read your post. I have read seven of the nine books on your list and loved them all! I'm going to rush to the library and get the other two! You've given me goosebumps! If you see this e-mail, please reply and fill me in of what you've loved so far this year!

[...] One of my goals for this year was to get reading and I’m pleased to say it’s happened; I’ve read so many books that I’ve lost count, although I’ve not read everything on my original list! [...]

I am currently finishing off "Financial Reckoning Day" by William Bonner. A wonderful read (although it might not sound it!). I never forgo the opportunity to plug Paul Stines book "Is the American Dream Killing You". OK so those titles might not sound like they have much Christmas or New Year cheer about them, but they do help understand why things are the way they are and how to avoid getting caught up in some bad monetary habits.

I've only read Atonement from your list but really enjoyed it. Looks like a great list though. I'm going to try to keep a list of books I read in 2010. I'd be interested to see how many I get through in a year as I've really no idea.

Good wishes for 2010 and beyond. :-)
